Exercise really feels comfortable. You can sing your favorite song.

Exercise really feels somewhat difficult. You could lug on a brief conversation but can’t comfortably sing your preferred song. This is taken into consideration moderate intensity.
7-8
Exercise feels hard. You have to capture your breath in order to reply to a question.
This is considered hard or vigorous intensity.

Exercise feels very difficult. Conversation is not possible.
